The Exhibition

Here are a few things to remember while the Boise State University hosts your art exhibition:

1. Boise State University will only validate parking during the setup and takedown of the exhibition. Please call our administrative assistant at 208-426-5800 to make arrangements. Artists and guests will be responsible for parking in the previously designated parking areas during the exhibition reception.
2. Make sure to provide the Student Union Fine Arts Manager with a mailing list for exhibition reception invitation purposes. Boise State University will produce and mail the invitations as a service to you.
3. Receptions for exhibitions in the SUB Gallery include refreshments and entertainment (live background music). If you have any special requests on food or entertainment we will do our best to accommodate your needs upon availability of your request.
4. Boise State University provides insurance for artwork while in the Student Union Building from setup to take down. Please provide the Fine Arts Manager with an itemized list of the pieces that will be displayed including: name, title, medium, and value. Please indicate whether the art work is for sale or not.
